Urban Taggers found this picture at Baidu.com. It's the internals shot of the Elite Triad, a variation of the Jolt. Looks like all 3 darts are fired simultaneously from the direct plunger system that looks no larger than the Jolt's system. Additionally, it appears that to remove the air restrictors in the Triad, you must break open the back panel which is glued on, which will make modifying these a bit of a hassle depending on how strong the adhesive is. It'll also make re-attaching the parts a bit of a pain too, as a seal needs to be recreated. My question? Are 3 darts better than 1? Debate among yourselves!!
